Today, seven sufficiently brave young men entered Sacred Heart Novitiate to begin their lives as Jesuits. They were welcomed by the Sacred Heart Novitiate Jesuit Community led by Fr. Jlester Maramara, SJ, their novice master.
We continue to pray for them that the Lord may continue to reveal himself to them in prayer, apostolate, and community so that these young brothers of ours may see the Lord more clearly, follow him more nearly, and love him more intimately. And may the Lord find favor in these their tender beginnings for the glory of his Name! Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam!
6 others from Asia-Pacific will enter the novitiate together with them.
Let us pray that more young people will be inspired to consider the consecrated and priestly life, particularly the Society of Jesus.
If you are considering a vocation in the Society of Jesus as a priest or as a brother, please send us a message, we would be happy to guide you and help you in your own discernment!
